The Northshore Fire Department shall provide the public with full access to public records in accordance with the Washington State Public Records Act.

Public Records

Public records are available for inspection or copying during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. In most cases, records can be provided electronically. More information about requesting fire department records can be found here.

Medical Records

Medical records are not considered public records and can only be released to the patient to whom the record pertains, or to those whom the patient has provided consent, or to those with the legal authority to receive them. In order for medical records to be provided, a medical release must accompany the completed public records request.

Records requests can be hand delivered at the headquarters fire station, submitted via fax at 425-354-1781, or emailed to admin@northshorefire.com
