Fire Benefit Charge

Please note the square footage for the Fire Benefit Charge includes all buildings such as a garage on the property contrary to the total living square footage shown on your property tax.  The most common use of an appeal form is if there is a working fire sprinkler in the home but the 50% discount has not been applied.
