Permit Information
Northshore Fire Department processes and issues all fire code and fire protection systems permits for the cities of Kenmore and Lake Forest Park. You can find application forms on the Permit & Application Forms page under the Information tab, request a permit application via fax or pick up a permit application at our headquarters station.
