Fire Marshal Services

Northshore Fire Department would like to welcome Jeff LaFlam as the Fire Marshal for Northshore Fire Department. Jeff comes to us with many years of experience and expertise.

In the past, the City of Kenmore & Lake Forest Park contracted with the King County for Fire Marshal services. Under this new agreement, these services will now be provided by the Northshore Fire District with the addition of Jeff to our staff.

This arrangement will result in a significant cost savings for the businesses, residents and the Cities themselves. Inspections of multifamily developments and retail and service businesses will be conducted as a regular service provided by the Fire District, as well as all inspections.

We are in the process of updating our web site to include all permit applications, standards and other materials neccessary to obtain a permit in this District. You should see the first phase of the new web site the first week of January, 2007.
